I created the Brand Guidelines and overviewed / lead all external facing communications. I managed a design team of three (two designers and a videographer).

During my time I directed four photoshoots and was strategically and creatively involved in numerous workflows.

This included the design and relaunch of Unum.co.uk where I worked closely with many areas of Unum and external agencies. We introduced a new CMS using Kentico Connect which enabled information to be communicated quicker to the market.

In a recent NMG survey of Unum 'Brand' was recognised for the first time ever. I am proud to think I helped this to happen and pleased that I was able to push Unum's creativity to help them be recognised as the specialist Employee Benefit provider that they are.

In 2023 I collaboratively created a Brand Story and Brand Strategy. This was used to guide the business and create a much needed oracle for Unum to understand who they were and where they were going. As part of the work we created a Brand Story video (above) which I part art directed and created content for with the agency that produced it. I enjoyed being on set, choosing the models and guiding the overall delivery of the video which landed very well internally and externally where it was used in pitches.
